Mercedes Javid revealed who Mike Shouhed is still in contact with after his March 2022 arrest. Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi also shared where she stands with him, as Mercedes gave an update on her divorce from Tommy Feight.
Back in 2022, domestic violence allegations surfaced against Mike, who was later sued by his then-fiancée, Paulina Ben-Cohen. Last year, Paulina and Mike settled the lawsuit, and many of the 14 charges against him were dismissed after he completed a diversion program. Mike was not chosen to join the cast of Shahs of Sunset’s new spinoff, The Valley: Persian Style.
“I chose not to support Mike in his journey, but I’ve always wished him well and sent messages of love and healing,” said Mercedes in an interview with DECIDER. “That sounds corny, but I really, really do.”
“He checked in with me when my news of the divorce and the separation came into the media,” the star added. “He’s still friends and talks all the time with Reza and also with Shervin [Roohparvar].”
Mercedes claimed that Mike confronted her recently for avoiding his calls as she FaceTimed Shervin, who saw Mike at the gym.
“[Mike] grabbed the phone and he was like, ‘Why can’t you call me back?’ And I was like, ‘I don’t know. I mean, I didn’t feel like I owed you a call,’” she recalled. “It’s just like that bond is there.”
Golnesa told the outlet that she hasn’t been in contact with Mike since he tried to sleep with her as he was dating Jessica Parido, his first wife.
“I stopped being close with Mike around … I don’t know what year it was … it was like our Season 4 or something like that when we had a situation and there was never really a full recovery from that,” said Golnesa. “But we have very different outlooks on life and very different views. I wish him and his family the absolute best.”
At one point, Golnesa was asked about Paulina, who filed for a temporary restraining order against her after Golnesa allegedly attacked her at a mall in Los Angeles in 2025.
“I really cannot speak on that vermin, so I will not speak on her,” said Golnesa of the accusations. “She’s irrelevant from my life and everything.”
In an interview for Us Weekly, Mercedes shared that she and Tommy “took care” of their “custody” situation “in court.”
“Tommy and I have a schedule, and it was ratified in court,” said Mercedes. “That was really amicable, and it was what I wanted. And it’s what he wanted … Tommy has been pretty cool since then too. So we’re really happy to get through that.”
