Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paul clapped back at TikToker Holden Smith after he criticized her in a new video.
“Taylor Frankie Paul, get off your phone challenge,” he began. “Why are you commenting back to people and reposting TikToks? Her world literally just blew up. I would say her team should take her phone away from her — but, no, she literally is reposting TikToks that are in support of her and she’s commenting back to people on Instagram.”
Holden then showed Taylor replying to content creator Jordy Cray on Instagram, as he had said he was “surprised” she was on her phone right now.
“Always on… it’s my job,” she wrote back. “And yes I still have work.”
“What work could you possibly be doing right now?” Holden inquired.

He also showed a screenshot of her supporting Nick Viall, calling him her “hype guy.”
“Girl, give me a break,” Holden said.
He then showed screenshots of some of the cast members of SLOMW speaking out against Taylor.
“If I were TFP, I would not be on my phone,” he insisted. “I would actually just tell someone to take it from me because I wouldn’t be able to see all of the discourse surrounding me. But then to… go comment back is just… another level.”
In response to Holden’s TikTok, Taylor clapped back, asking Holden if she should “stare at the wall instead.”

“Well yes!” he replied.
After an explosive video of Taylor throwing barstools at Dakota Mortensen in 2023 was leaked, her season of The Bachelorette was canceled by ABC/Disney.
According to an anonymous tip on DeuxMoi, someone alleged Hulu is “trying to come up with something big and get it under contract soon” in an effort to “change the narrative” with a “positive announcement.”
“One idea is a Layla and Miranda double Bachelorette season,” they added. “Should be announced early next week if all goes well.”
When Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette was pulled, ABC/Disney released a statement, noting, “In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of The Bachelorette at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family.”
Taylor’s rep then spoke out to share Taylor’s side.
“Taylor is very grateful for ABC’s support as she prioritizes her family’s safety and security,” her rep claimed. “After years of silently suffering extensive mental and physical abuse as well as threats of retaliation, Taylor is finally gaining the strength to face her accuser and taking steps to ensure that she and her children are protected from any further harm.”
“There are too many women who are suffering in silence as they survive aggressive, jealous ex-partners who refuse to let them move on with their lives. Taylor has remained silent out of fear of further abuse, retaliation and public shaming,” they added. “She is currently exploring all of her options, seeking support, and preparing to own and share her story.”
Her rep also provided another statement to PEOPLE, insisting it’s “sad to see the latest installment of his never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child.”
“Releasing an old video, which conveniently omits context, on their son’s birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own behavior,” they elaborated. “Thankfully, the public has seen this act before and knows who he is and sadly, many will recognize this pattern of manipulation, both in his actions on the show, and from their own experiences.”
