Influencer Lilah Gibney revealed her alleged communications with Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Dakota Mortensen. Lilah suggested that he stopped talking to her after learning that she’s trans, and she claimed her phone is like the “Chamber of Secrets.”
Earlier in March, a 2023 video surfaced of Taylor Frankie Paul throwing a chair at Dakota when he asked her to stop. ABC then canceled Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette, though some fans believe Dakota is to blame.
In a video posted by @itsabravoworld on Instagram, Lilah addressed the situation.
“I don’t know who needs more therapy, me or them,” said the influencer, referring to Dakota and Taylor.
Lilah shared that she and Dakota began “texting” after she sent him a DM. “He responded almost instantly,” said Lilah. “And so then we started talking. I gave him my number. Things were elevated and exchanged very quickly, let’s just put it that way.”
“We were supposed to meet up,” she went on. “And then I was watching this most recent season, and I saw the day he came to L.A. was the day he was supposed to see me. Because I recognized the outfit. He texted me that night and was like, ‘I can’t. Like stuff with the show and my ex.'”
Lilah said this is when she realized why Taylor is “insane about this man.” She was then asked if they exchanged nude photos.
“We never met up. He wanted to fly me to F1 for Vegas, and I feel like I should leave the rest to y’all’s imagination. But yes, things were exchanged. … [It was] like a game of f**king chess.”
“I just think the man honestly should be in the treatment center that I went to, for sex addiction,” she added. “When I was in rehab, honestly, I had my phone, and I just randomly texted him. Because I was like, ‘Honestly, you’re a grown-a** man, and if you want to like stop replying to my texts because you found out I was trans, I would’ve just told you.’ … Why are you sending your nudes to a b**ch that you haven’t even Googled?”
When asked if she has proof, Lilah said her phone is “like the Chamber of Secrets.”
On Saturday morning, Lilah posted a photo of herself with the caption, “Walking into Utah like:… When TMZ asks to interview me but then a certain SOMEONE pays them massive amounts of money not to post it 😂 I like to keep it cute, but I can get very specific very quick.”
