Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga clapped back at comments made about her face by Real Housewives of Orange County alum Jennifer Armstrong.

Melissa’s response to Jennifer comes fresh on the heels of her sharing which RHONJ alums she believes should return to the show.

After Jennifer allegedly “incorrectly” revealed details surrounding Melissa’s facial procedures to the public, Melissa opened up to US Magazine about the ordeal.

“It was so uncomfortable because she, like, puts my face up on a screen, and the before and after,” Melissa told the outlet.

She detailed that Jennifer used an “after photo” of Melissa’s new look, where she had “so much makeup on, I barely even look like myself.”

“I’m like, ‘Wow, does anybody know what it’s like to just have someone sit there with a pin and like, going down your nose and … I was like, this is so f***ed up,'” she shared, regarding a video Jennifer had shared in September 2024. “Like, this is messed up that somebody does this.”

Jennifer had taken to YouTube and other social media platforms to share the clip, which was part of her “Celebrity Reviews” series.

“You requested and I listened … the long-awaited Celebrity Review: Melissa Gorga. I think she looks stunning in both photos! Let’s take a closer look 👩🏼‍⚕️🔎✨,” Jennifer captioned the clip.

Jennifer then went over Melissa’s alleged plastic surgery history based on two photos, alleging that Melissa had a nose job, a brow lift, and more to improve her face. She also stated Melissa had a “very stark” pointed chin that was “toxed” to make it softer.

“She was saying, ‘[Melissa] definitely did something here to her chin.’ I’ve never touched my chin in my life,” Melissa explained. “She was saying, like, ‘She definitely has done something with her eyebrows.’ I never did my eyebrows.”

While Melissa acknowledged Jennifer was “very kind” during some parts of the video, she felt weird having her face scrutinized by someone she wasn’t overly close to.

“She was like, ‘Melissa’s doing it right, whatever she’s doing, she’s doing it very subtle,'” Melissa stated. ” So she was throwing some nice little curve balls. But I was like, this is just so weird that someone has my face on a screen and she’s just pinpointing what I’ve done.”

She added, “I guess that’s like the ups and downs of being in the spotlight. But watching it, I was like, I’m so uncomfortable.”

Melissa, who is gearing up to return to RHONJ, also recently spoke out on some alums she thinks should come back to the hit franchise.

“I mean, listen, I’m ready for Danielle [Staub] to come back,” Melissa told US Magazine. “I think Kim [DePaola] would be fun. Let’s all hail Kim D.”

Aside from Melissa, Reality Blurb exclusively confirmed Teresa Giudice and Dolores Catania would be returning to the show. Bravo ended up confirming the news soon after.
