Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Bozoma Saint John talked about the upcoming reunion in a new interview, including her fight with Amanda Frances.
Since coming onto season 15 as a newbie, Amanda has caused quite a stir, both with the cast and fans.
“I think that she has certainly a position about what she does and how she does it,” Boz said of Amanda in an interview with Extra. “I don’t necessarily agree, but, you know, it is what it is and what I don’t appreciate is when you know it’s made to seem as if my accomplishments, of which there are many, are not there. I just think that’s disrespectful.”
Boz noted she simply “had to say that and get it off my chest.”
As for the finale, which aired on April 16, Boz stated that “the good news is everyone gets out what they want to say.”
“As long as you’re able to present what it is that you feel is the truth, then you should be happy,” she elaborated. “I think everybody walked away happy with what they did and what they said.”
Looking back on the season as a whole, Boz noted she felt it was “transformative.”
“So many of the women are going through difficult stages in their lives,” she said. “I think everybody is moving into a new level… There’s a lot happening for all of us.”
Boz also spoke to Bravo’s The Daily Dish about the reunion.
“I know that intellectually I’m already there, so I don’t have to worry about that,” Boz said of getting ready for the reunion, which can sometimes be a bloodbath. “Now the outfit, however, needs some work and preparation because, you know, I like couture. So it has to be made.”
As for who is expected to be in the hot seat this year, Boz stated, “There are a lot of people in the hot seat. I think everybody’s in the hot seat. Everybody has said something this season that has pissed somebody else off. And so, I don’t know that there’s a clear hot seat. I think we’re all gonna be like in our chairs… trying to bounce around, get out of the heat.”
She also reflected on her rose and thorn of this season, revealing, “For me, this season, I think the rose – you know, Dorit’s my bestie — but Rachel Zoe is the rose. That is my homegirl, my ace. I love her. The thorn I mean, do I have to say it out loud?”
The first part of the RHOBH reunion is set to air on April 23 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
