Andy Cohen Calls Leaked Audio of Summer House Reunion “Illegal” and “Disgusting,” He Hints at “Tears” During "Intense" Filming

Andy Cohen called the leaked audio of the Summer House reunion “illegal,” and he slammed it as “disgusting.” The host also hinted at “tears” during filming, as he claimed it was one of the “most intense” reunions he’s ever shot.

Soon after shooting the reunion yesterday, someone, presumably a castmate, leaked audio of co-stars calling out West Wilson and Amanda Batula for their controversial romance. At one point in the audio, Ciara Miller (who was close friends with Amanda) called Amanda a “snake” who’s now one of West’s “side b**ches.”

On April 24, a fan wrote to Andy on Threads, “Andy stay offline please you won’t like the news.”

“I don’t,” Andy agreed, referring to the leaked audio. “On my way to eye surgery and just reading about it. People laid their souls out emotionally for ten hours yesterday and it’s disgusting and illegal for someone to leak or distribute this.”

“It’s disrespectful to the work and tears the cast put in yesterday,” he added. “Let the season play out. You will see it all in due time.”

Last night, after the reunion ended, Andy posted a video on social media.

“Well, I am walking out of the Summer House reunion,” said Andy. “I probably hosted, well, it’s over 100 reunions, maybe 150, something like that. This was one of the most intense we’ve ever shot.”

“This was a lot,” he continued. “This was a lot. It was very intense, you guys. … Every question was asked.”

On March 31, West and Amanda confirmed their romance in a joint Instagram statement.

“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. It was never our intention to purposefully hide anything. Given the complicated dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it,” they said at the time. “We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing that either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”

New episodes of Summer House air Tuesday nights on Bravo.
