An influencer revealed his recent alleged conversation with Taylor Frankie Paul after accusing her of missing some of her supervised parent time with the son she shares with ex Dakota Mortensen amid their battle over custody. The influencer also accused Dakota of allegedly violating the protective order less than 24 hours after their court hearing, as his roommate, Cru Eaton, reacted to Jessi Draper’s claims.
Last week, the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives exes went to court for a hearing over custody (amid abuse allegations on both sides). Leading up to the hearing, Taylor lost custody of their child but was given supervised visits.
At the hearing, the judge granted protective orders for both Taylor and Dakota. Before this, her lawyer shared that Jessi gave testimony against Dakota. Soon after, his roommate and best friend, Cru, hinted at “interesting” voice notes that Jessi sent Dakota. Jessi, however, denied ever sending any voice memos to Dakota about the situation. But TMZ later released an audio message of Jessi shading Taylor’s behavior.
In a recent Instagram post, via @stephwithdadeets, Lawyer Tea alleged that Taylor missed some of her parenting time with her and Dakota’s son. The account said Dakota was given six to eight hours of supervised parent time a week.
According to Lawyer Tea, he got this information from Taylor herself in a recent conversation with her. At one point, he cryptically seemed to suggest that Taylor didn’t take the full parent time because she was looking out for the best interest of the child, knowing it wouldn’t “look good on paper.”
But later on, Lawyer Tea shared in a comment that he originally got the information from a “third party,” but he heard “contextualization” from Taylor. In another comment, he speculated that she likely had a “legitimate understandable reason” for missing some of the parent time, and this is why it wasn’t brought up in court.

Steph with Da Deets also reported that Taylor may get in trouble for not reporting Dakota’s potential violation of the protective order, less than 24 hours after the recent hearing. Per Lawyer Tea, Dakota perhaps violated the order by “having his roommate indirectly harass, communicate, send a message to Taylor.” The influencer said that Taylor should “report” the violation “to the police.”
Following the hearing, Cru reacted to Jessi’s initial claim that she never sent a voice memo about the situation to either Dakota or Cru.
“Wish I could respond to her but I’m blocked,” wrote Cru, before addressing the TMZ audio leak of Jessi shading Taylor. “EVERYBODY REMEMBER WHAT JESSI SAID – SHE NEVER SENT A VOICE NOTE TO US. Remember that when you listen to her voice note she sent to Dakota tomorrow.”
“Blatant lies in public too,” he went on. “Botox must be blocking the brain cells on this one. Stay tuned tomorrow morning to watch her eat her words.”
