The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley‘s text messages to her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, have just leaked online amid their increasingly volatile divorce, as Dorit also reportedly refused an offer to move back in with him amid their financial crisis.
Attorney Ronald Richards shared some text messages between PK and Dorit earlier today, which came from court documents filed in their divorce case.
“In the meantime, I’ll continue focusing on what the kids need. Where are you getting those reports of my ex expenditure?” Dorit asked PK in a text message.
“Dorit I have your bank statements. They were legally requested as part of a financial disclosure subpoena,” PK responded.
Dorit fired back, “Because those are personal, they’re not for your consumption and if you are invading my privacy, it’s a big problem for me. So I would focus on doing what I do which is live my life while supporting my children.”
Dorit’s concerns might have been valid, as just yesterday, court docs were shared online detailing her alleged spending, which included $1 million spent on designer duds in just the past year alone. A breakdown of those expenses can be seen here.
PK texted her back, “No love it’s all legal. Fortunately for you I have no intention of sharing these outside of counsel. However the concept you have that you can do what you like, whilst asking me to make essential payments on your behalf is not quite the case. Let’s get this wrapped up now speak to Justin and then we can focus on the kids and having a relationship.”

PK continued, “Discussing financials does not mean that we should not communicate as friends. However you’re going to be asking me for money that I’m simply not going to provide without an agreement so assuming that’s what you want to speak about because you mentioned it on the weekend that’s not available to you sorry. As I speak to Justin about this, I’m sure we can resolve.”
Meanwhile, TMZ also obtained court documents that explained the latest ordeal in the pair’s contentious divorce, as PK suggested Dorit and their two kids move in with him amid their financial struggles, to which Dorit told him, “Over my f*cking dead body.”
The docs detailed PK claiming Dorit threw the expletive-laced comment his way after he suggested she and their two children move into his current home. He no longer resides at their former home and is looking to sell it as soon as possible, as he insists it is close to being foreclosed upon.
Things are so bad financially, according to PK, that their situation is a “crisis.”
While he notes he’s tried communicating with Dorit about it, he says she has refused to take part in negotiations and responded with “harassing, caustic, erratic, and deflecting” communications.
He also accused Dorit of using their daughter to get him to send them money so they could take a spring break trip, specifically alleging she wanted two $50,000 payments for a vacation.
If he didn’t comply, he said she “threatened” to “ruin his reputation and his relationship with his girlfriend.”
PK also noted Dorit tarnished him on RHOBH when she insisted he didn’t talk with her about their finances after they broke up, and that she had no idea about him not paying the mortgage. He specifically alleged these claims by his ex are “demonstrably false,” stating he kept her abreast of everything and has warned her repeatedly about the potential foreclosure on their home.
He alleged that Dorit is trying to move a “false narrative” forward regardless of the fact that he has paid most of the bills. When PK has attempted to talk to her, he alleged that she doesn’t make much sense and often rambles.
As recently reported, PK accused Dorit of spending approximately $1 million on high-end luxury items amid their financial crisis.
TMZ obtained court documents where PK alleged his team looked into Dorit’s spending and found she dropped approximately $995,000 on luxury handbags, accessories, and designer clothing.
Getting more specific, the documents noted she allegedly spent $69,000 at Louis Vuitton, $69,000 at Chanel, and $38,000 at Hermès. Dorit also allegedly dropped money at Net-A-Porter, FWRD, and Moda Operandi.
While Dorit was allegedly spending so much money, PK said she didn’t make any mortgage payments toward their home, regardless of her being the one living in it. He also stated he covered around 90% of his family’s expenses, including household costs, mortgages, and most of the financial responsibilities pertaining to their children.
