Kroy Biermann, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy alum Kim Zolciak, was spotted getting seemingly close with Kim’s current boyfriend Kyle Mowitz‘s ex-wife, Jillian Green.
The pair was seen hiking in Alpharetta, Georgia, over the weekend for more than three hours.
In photos and video footage TMZ obtained, they definitely seemed friendly and happy to be in one another’s presence. Jillian was seen flashing a big smile at Kroy, and at one point, the pair embraced in a hug.
Kroy also had his arm around her in another snap that the outlet got.

To date, neither Kroy nor Jillian has confirmed they’re an item.
While some may think Kim would be bothered by Kroy potentially seeing her new man’s ex, sources dished to TMZ that this couldn’t be further from the truth.
One insider noted that Kim knew that Kroy and Jillian were talking with one another, but was unaware of the extent. She also is said to be cognizant of the fact that Kroy’s been dating other women since they broke up, and she’s in a good place with Kyle.
Amid the news about Kroy and Jillian, TMZ reported that Jillian rushed to court to allege Kyle’s been spending a ton of money on Kim.
In court docs obtained by the outlet, Jillian alleged Kyle’s been spending a lot on Kim and her family and covering her legal bills in her divorce battle with Kroy.
Jillian took him to court in an attempt to get an injunction to stop him from spending such large amounts of money. She is also seeking to have some funds put in escrow so she can get paid what she feels she’s owed from their divorce.
She also alleged his spending is “out of control” and she believes the “millions of dollars” he’s supposed to get from his business will go away “quickly” without the court stepping in.
Jillian also referred to Kim as Kyle’s “potential future wife,” alleging he has spent a ton of funds on an expensive car, trips, and wine for her.
She also noted Kyle has been paying Kim’s rent.
Kim and Kroy have also had their own share of drama, as it was recently reported that she temporarily lost custody of their children.
Once that news was revealed, Kim took to her Instagram Story to issue a statement refuting it.
”These allegations and accompanying headlines are inaccurate and misleading, both factually and legally,” she wrote. “I continue to share joint legal custody with my children and look forward to addressing these matters in court, where I am confident the record will be clarified and set straight.”
Kim added that, as a “single mother” and the “sole provider” for her six kids, she works hard to “make sure they have medical care, food, and all the necessities they need.”
”To say that I neglected my children because I went out of the country to work and provide for them is absurd,” she elaborated. “Any single mother would understand that when you are doing everything on your own, you will do whatever it takes to care for your children and put food on the table. I know the truth, and when the truth comes out, it will shock you.”
