Ciara Miller clapped back at a TMZ report that she’s returning to Summer House next season. The star declared she would “NEVER” give TMZ an “exclusive,” and the outlet changed its headline.

Earlier this week, TMZ reported that Ciara will return to Summer House next season amid speculation that her new position as host of Love Island USA: Aftersun would prevent her from filming. Sources told the outlet that Summer House begins filming in July, and Ciara will be back from Fiji by then.

In a recent comment, Ciara addressed the new report.

“My team would N E V E R give TMZ an ‘exclusive’ unlike some people’s teams…” Ciara wrote on social media. “TMZ doesn’t know s**t about me. … Sorry took a day off.”

Earlier this year, Ciara received massive support from fans and co-stars as her ex, West Wilson, announced his romance with Ciara’s good friend Amanda Batula.

“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. It was never our intention to purposefully hide anything. Given the complicated dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it,” Amanda and West wrote in a joint statement on Instagram at the time. “We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing that either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”

“We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless,” they continued. “We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this.”

New episodes of Summer House air Tuesday nights on Bravo.
