Taylor Frankie Paul unfollowed Mayci Neeley after she revealed more details behind Taylor’s casting on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Mayci then reacted, and Taylor seemingly addressed Mikayla Matthews’ claim that she weaponizes followers.
Amid Taylor’s feud with Mikayla, Mayci has written posts supporting her friend Mikayla. Earlier this year, a 2023 video surfaced of Taylor throwing stools at her then-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen before she was arrested. After the video was leaked, ABC pulled her season of The Bachelorette.
In a recent comment shared by @stephwithdadeets on Instagram, Mayci reacted to a fan who shared that Taylor unfollowed her.
“This is news to me,” wrote Mayci. “I didn’t know this until now.”

Though Taylor is no longer following Mayci, she didn’t block her, given that Mayci still follows Taylor.
According to @stephwithdadeets, Taylor clicked unfollow after Mayci wrote the following post supporting Mikayla.
“We never begged [Taylor] to be on the show,” explained Mayci. “We advocated for her to be on the show when they were going to cut her bc of her arrest before filming season 1.”
“Mikayla and I have never stabbed her in the back. Unfortunately she is her own worst enemy. We have done nothing but check in on her, love her, and try to help her for 3.5 years,” she added. “There comes a point where you have to set a boundary to protect your own mental health.”

Meanwhile on Instagram, Taylor posted a video denying that she weaponizes her fan base after several lengthy posts shading her co-star Mikayla.
“I just wanted to say everything I post is not that deep,” said Taylor. “A lot of it is actually sarcasm. I have my whole mental health side, which I stand by, but I also share a lot of just humor.”
“I want to spread awareness, love, support,” she added. “That is what I do this for. I think I underestimate maybe the support I do have, and I don’t want to weaponize that. I get very defensive myself, and that would be with support or without support. … I can recognize that I need to take a step back, breathe before [I post], and sit down with myself and just be like, we’re here to spread love.”
