The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice‘s daughter, Milania, finally broke her silence on her arrest.
What’s more, she insisted that a mugshot that has been circulating on social media is not real.
“I have one thing to say,” Milania shared in a TikTok video. “I’m gonna save the rest for tomorrow, but that mugshot of me… if you guys really believe… that’s AI.”
“I ate down in my mugshot,” she continued, after denying that the one going around is real. “I look fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but… it is what it is. S*it happens in life… You got to learn from it, just become a better person, and talk about it.”
Milania insisted she was “not in a good area” in her life when the incident that led to the arrest took place.

“And you know what?” she said. “That happens.”
Teresa’s daughter, who has been a staple on TV since she was very young, noted she’s “been through a lot” in her life and “some other stuff” has happened to her.
“Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t,” she added. “But… my mugshot… like… I can’t believe you guys even believe that’s real. Um, but that’s all I had to say for tonight.”
A follower commented on the TikTok to ask, “Are you talking about [what] you [have] been through [with] your parents’ stuff or have you been through other things? I’m just genuinely curious, but you spoke straight facts in this vid girl!”
“Both,” Milania replied. “Life never stops surprising you with new challenges.”
As Reality Blurb previously reported, Milania, 20, was taken into police custody by Montville Township police after her involvement in a domestic incident on May 14 that occurred around 6:12 p.m.
Due to the alleged ordeal, Milania was charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury.”
A court spokesperson spoke to The Sun earlier this month and revealed the case had been classified as domestic violence. At a hearing held on May 19, no plea was entered.
On June 11, a source spilled some exclusive details on the alleged incident.
“There was an explosive fight in the house where things escalated,” they shared.
“There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the cops on her,” the insider added. “It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people.”
