Boz Saint John confronted Tamra Judge for accusing Boz of “coming after Kyle” and being a “mean girl.” Tamra clapped back, and she shared details on her “one fight” with Vicki Gunvalson on the 20th season of Real Housewives of Orange County.
Amid the latest season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Tamra and her podcast cohost, Teddi Mellencamp, called out Boz for allegedly being mean to newbie Amanda Frances and targeting Kyle. Around the same time, Tamra’s former nemesis Vicki returned to RHOC after many seasons away.
“Girl, you have a lot of things to say,” said Boz to Tamra in an interview for Extra. “Sometimes about me.”
“I like you,” said Tamra.
“Do you?” asked Boz. “You said I was coming after Kyle. Why’d you say that?”
Tamra doubled down: “Why were you coming after Kyle?”
“I wasn’t coming after Kyle,” Boz replied.
“You were coming after Kyle,” said Tamra. “You don’t like Kyle.”
But Boz insisted that she “love[s]” Kyle.
“Are you sure you like Kyle?” asked Tamra. “Because it kind of seemed like you didn’t like Kyle. Because you were coming after Kyle. … You know when somebody comes on the show, and everything they do annoys you? You can admit it. Does she annoy you?”
“No, she doesn’t annoy me at all,” Boz responded. “I thought that her situation with Dorit just needed airing, that they don’t trust each other.”
Later on, Boz confronted Tamra for suggesting she was the “big mean girl” to Amanda on the latest season.
“Were you [being a mean girl]?” asked Tamra.
“No, of course not,” said Boz.
“I’m not afraid of very many people,” Tamra said later. “But if I was on your cast, I might be afraid of you.”
Boz said she “like[d]” to hear that, and offered to “hug it out” with Tamra. The stars then shared an awkward hug.
At one point, Boz pointed out that Tamra is “known” to cause “drama.”
“I didn’t cause any drama [this season],” Tamra insisted. “[The cast was] shocked. … I swear, I didn’t. … Last year was really difficult for me. It was just so incredibly hard. And then being accused of something I didn’t do and all this stuff, and I didn’t know if I wanted to come back.”
“And I came back, and I think that watching a good friend go through stage four cancer and seeing how life can change so quickly, I just said, ‘You know what? I don’t need to call people out. I don’t need to be the tough girl. I can let my guard down,’ which I’m not good at. I’m just not. And I did that this season,” said Tamra, referring to her friend Teddy. “And it was received very well.”
But Tamra admitted she had “one fight” with Vicki, which was “warranted” because Vicki “talked about my child” — Tamra’s “estranged daughter.”
“I was very drunk when I addressed it,” said Tamra.
Real Housewives of Orange County season 20 airs on July 9 on Bravo.
