Bailey Taylor shared why she told fans to stop sending hate to Ben Waddell’s girlfriend Sabrina Jet, and revealed where she stands with Carl Radke. The Summer House newbie also recalled her suspicions of Amanda Batula and West Wilson (before the couple confirmed their relationship), and she addressed if West is different off camera.

At the reunion, Bailey accused Ben of speaking badly to Sabrina. She later told fans on social media to stop sending Sabrina hate. In the season, Bailey and Carl kissed and flirted on camera, but they never pulled the trigger on a romance.

On the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Bailey was asked why she told fans to stop sending hate to Sabrina.

“The reason I said something is because one, I am really good friends with Sabrina and I love her so much,” she said, via @vanderpodrecaps on Instagram. “And I really support them and like, totally want them to be happy. She is a doll. She is just literally one of the best people I’ve ever met.”

“[They] were both getting a ton of messages saying that … he would ever be physical with a woman or like that he’s abusive to her,” she went on, “[and saying that] things are going on behind closed doors. … And I was like, that’s not what I said and that’s not what’s happening. I never felt physically threatened by him. I went out of my way not to use the word abuse. I did not feel that that was the appropriate word.”

Bailey said she didn’t like how Ben spoke to Sabrina in certain moments.

“But that wasn’t me speaking on behalf of Sabrina. She didn’t say anything. It was on my own behalf,” she explained. “I felt the need to say something [later] because people were just taking it way [too far].”

As for where she stands with Carl, Bailey said they “talk all the time” and she “expressed my interest” in him, but they’re in “very different places.”

“He’s ready to settle down. He’s older,” she said. “He is so secure and really has it figured out. I could not be more opposite in the dating realm. … I think long term, it’s not realistic, but we still were very flirty. And I adore him. I love him.”

Regarding her friendship with Dara Levitan, Bailey insisted there’s “no beef,” but she admitted that they don’t get along and they’re not “best friends.”

Later on, Bailey recalled her suspicions of Amanda and West.

“I was suspicious because I had seen them the same day Jesse got suspicious. It was the brunch day. We all got suspicious,” said the star, who shared that it was also the same day Amanda kissed her estranged husband Kyle Cooke. “That really threw me off because I was like, she was fully like hardcore kissing Kyle. She says they pecked, I was like, that’s not what I saw. … I was like, are they secretly back together?”

Despite her suspicions about Amanda and West, Bailey said Amanda “looked me dead in the eye and said nothing’s going on. … I did not know until they made the announcement.”

At one point, Bailey was asked if West is a different person off camera.

“I didn’t feel that he was a different person, but I felt that he was very calculated,” she said. “He just doesn’t go in with like, I want to be vulnerable, I want to be honest, this is my real self. It’s very like he knows what people are going to think. And so he stays quiet a lot of the time. … All of a sudden on camera, he’s got nothing to say.”
