Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethenny Frankel took to TikTok two days ago to share a bizarre story about the It Ends With Us movie premiere.

As those who followed the It Ends With Us drama know, litigation broke out between star Blake Lively and star/director Justin Baldoni and lasted approximately a year and a half.

Bethenny attended the premiere in New York City and decided to share more of her story now that the litigation is over.

“I never fully told you what happened with the It Ends With Us premiere,” she began. “So, I go into the city, and I’m excited for like a girly movie. I don’t know anything about the book or the premiere, I just know that about Blake from the Met Gala and her looks, and I think it’s going to be like a sort of Sex and the City movie. And I show up and walk the carpet, and then I guess there’s like an hour you have to kill before the movie. So, I’m like, ‘We’re in New York City, let’s go get margaritas.'”

Bethenny claimed that before they left to get drinks, she saw someone she used to work with who was also close to Blake.

“And I’m like, ‘Hi!’ And this person is very dismissive and very standoffish,” she said. “Danielle, who was my president at the time – she’s now on pregnancy leave – um, she was like, ‘What the f*ck?’ And I’m like, it made me uncomfortable. I felt like it was like a very ‘better than,’ dismissive, like ‘I’m with the talent’ type of vibe. And I was like, ‘Oh.’ Like, it was – I had just seen this person, we were supposed to have plans, and I felt like demoralized, to be honest.”

After getting margaritas, they came back to the theater.

“And we pass Anna Wintour, and then this guy’s like, ‘Hey, do you want to say hi to Justin?’ And I was confused for a second because I didn’t even know who was in the movie, and Justin had been on my podcast, and I had to like click in,” Bethenny continued. “He was wearing a purple jacket, and I went to say hi, but there was like a discomfort in the room… You could feel it. You could actually feel it, and it was just strange because it was the second strange interaction that I had had.”

Bethenny added that “everybody was in these separate theaters.”

“We were in like this weird, separate theater, and I was just like, ‘Let’s get the fuck out of here,'” she said. “It was just – the vibes weren’t vibing.”

Once the lawsuit came out, Bethenny said she commented, asking what the damages were.

“And the same person from Blake’s team… called me multiple times because they wanted to plead their case and wanted me to kind of, you know, talk about that to my audience,” she elaborated. “And I was like, ‘I, you know, it’s – it was around Christmas. I’m like, it’s like Christmas Eve Eve, and… chill.. I don’t even know.’ But I didn’t say anything; I just said, ‘This is an f’ed up situation.'”

Bethenny noted this “person” told her Blake wanted to know why she doesn’t like her.

“And I’m like, ‘I don’t know anything about her,'” Bethenny stated. “Like, anyway, it was a crazy, crazy energy. And it’s just a wild thing with the Taylor of it all and all the stories, and certainly, I don’t know any more than you, but I just, for some reason, was just thinking about that wild night that we never even saw the movie. It was so weird.”
