Season seven of The Real Housewives of Miami has been a wild ride for both the cast and the audience. Now, Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton are teasing the upcoming reunion, and Alexia is also revealing her status with Todd Nepola as well as discussing butting heads with newbie Stephanie Shojaee.
Todd, 52, filed for divorce from Alexia, 58, in April 2024. It was finalized the following year, but the two remained somewhat romantically involved. Then, in July 2025, she stated that they were no longer speaking to each other. He has also threatened legal action against Bravo.
Alexia and Marysol, 58, recently attended the Page Six Virtual Reali-Tea Awards in New York City. While on the red carpet, she was asked for an update on where she stands with Todd.
“We’re doing good,” she said. The interviewer, surprised, asked, “You are?” Alexia then confirmed that they are in a good place.
“You know, I don’t know how to like unlove someone and not be good with somebody,” Alexia continued. “Once I love, I love you forever. That’s how I am, and you know what, I don’t wanna change it because I live with peace, I live with love, I live with gratitude. There’s no reason to hate anybody.”
Alexia then said, “I actually, like, love him.” She then joked with the interviewer that she had previously told them she was getting married again, but “a lot has changed.”
From there, Marysol and Alexia teased the reunion and the bombshells that were dropped. Marysol said, “I think TV history was made. Let’s just say that.” The video then cut to Alexia, and she stated, “I can tell you it’s a big one. It’s like historic. It will be historic.”
Both ladies then went on to tease one big bombshell and its shocking nature. Alexia went on, “It’s very mixed. I wasn’t so surprised about it after I gave it some thought, but I was in shock when it happened and what was said, but at the same time, I’m not surprised about it.”
She continued discussing the reunion, saying she feels they never have enough time to fully explain themselves. In a separate interview, Alexia discussed the issues she’s had with Stephanie, 40. Notably, the two got into an argument during the cast trip to Spain. Stephanie has also stated that Alexia feels that she’s the star of the show.
While on the red carpet, she was asked if she expected to bump heads with “the new person.” Alexia responded, “I didn’t want to bump heads with Stephanie, but she wanted to bump heads with me, as you guys say. I’m happy that she’s on the show. She’s also Latina from Colombia, representing.”
Alexia went on, “I think she’s a good addition for the show, but I was not expecting that, but you know, I am the OG. I am kind of like an important person on the show, so it’s a no-brainer that she was gonna come after me.”
The season finale of Real Housewives of Miami airs on September 25, followed by a three-part reunion in subsequent weeks.
