Tristan Thompson suggested he was forced to get a vasectomy by Khloé Kardashian in a new interview.
Tristan and Khloé split for good in 2021, but they share two children, True and Tatum, together.
On her Khloé in Wonderland podcast, Tristan opened up about how his ex factored into his getting a vasectomy.
When Khloé asked Tristan if he wants more kids in the future, he said he thinks he “signed off on two embryos.”
“So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it’d be coming from you,” he continued. “I already have enough baby moms. I don’t want no more. … No more kids, unless it’s coming from Khloé’s embryos.”
While Tristan has his two aforementioned children with Khloé, he also has two other kids with other women.
Khloé claimed Tristan getting a vasectomy was “smart,” and she noted she “helped” him to make “that decision” after giving him “a little ultimatum.”
“What? Getting neutered?” Tristan asked. “Sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table.”
Although Tristan didn’t elaborate much more, he did cop to being “stubborn” and “a little hardheaded at times.”
“Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision,” he added.
For her part, Khloé revealed Tristan had signed the embryos they made over to her, so she legally is the owner of them. She also revealed Tristan saved sperm in case he gets married again and wants to start a family with his new wife.
“So we did that,” Khloé said. “Because you could also reverse it.”
While Tristan said the procedure was “very quick,” he insisted he would not be lying “down on that table again.”
Khloé had previously opened up about the second child that she shares with Tristan, as many people thought their son resembled Khloé’s brother, Rob Kardashian.
During a 2024 appearance on the She Med podcast with Dr. Thais Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney, Khloé said she “made Tristan do three DNA tests for Tatum.”
“He was so offended,” she elaborated, noting that many people claimed her baby looked more like Rob than Tristan or her.
She also asked Rob if he had “ever donated sperm somewhere.”
“In this family, that would not surprise me, but that would be so disgusting,” she added. “But I remember she [her doctor] was like, ‘You’ve already done a DNA test!’ I go, ‘I need to do another one. I need to figure it out.'”
