Don’t Be Tardy alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still in the throes of getting divorced.
As those who have been following their story know, they initially filed for divorce in May 2023. While they got back together briefly, Kroy, 40, filed for a second time in August 2023. He also refiled and resumed the proceedings in early 2025.
While Kim, 48, moved on and began dating boyfriend Kyle Mowitz in the spring of 2025, Kroy had seemingly remained single.
Rumblings had popped up about Kroy and Kyle’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, after they were seen on a hike in May and appeared to be getting close.
This came up in Kyle’s divorce case from Jillian, and Kyle said that Jillian had testified she and Kroy had only met once, weren’t continuing to communicate, and were “just friends.”
Kyle then insisted that text messages and Kroy’s visits to Jillian’s residence painted a different picture.
Things seem to have taken a turn, though, as TMZ shared video of Kroy and Jillian making out.
The pair were seen locking lips while on another hike together in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Kroy and Jillian spent the weekend together, according to the outlet, and had date nights with friends. They also shared late nights at Jillian’s house.
Back when Kroy and Jillian were first spotted together, sources told TMZ that Kim wasn’t bothered by them potentially seeing each other.
One insider shared that Kim knew that Kroy and Jillian were talking with one another, but was unaware of the extent.
It was also reported at the time that Kim was aware of the fact that Kroy had been dating other women since they broke up and was in a good place with Kyle.
To date, Kim has not commented on the video footage of Kroy and Jillian kissing.
