Former Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis, 32, has had a rough go of things in the last few years. Not only has she not appeared on the hit Bravo show since its eighth season, but she was also recently called out by her ex for allegedly not seeing their children.
Now, she seems to be trying to be more present in her kids’ lives. And a recent social media post with her son and brother has people wondering if she’s taking Ozempic and how natural the pictures were.
Fans will recall that Kathryn joined Southern Charm during its first season as a friend of the show. She then started dating Thomas Ravenel, 61, who was not only on the show but was also running for the U.S. Senate. They have two kids together, but they broke up in 2016 after what has been called a tumultuous relationship. Unfortunately, she lost custody of the kids in February of last year.
According to Monsters & Critics, Kathryn recently attended her son Saint’s flag football game and posted photos to her Instagram. This came after Thomas claimed that she didn’t make enough of an effort to be in the kids’ lives.
She captioned the post, “When your kiddo nails a field goal and busts out the Madden victory dance. 🕺🏈 Proud mom with my little champ and his biggest fans.”
Despite the precious moment, some fans couldn’t help but note her appearance for two reasons. First, they felt that she looked like she might be taking Ozempic. One person wrote, “Hittin the ozempic?”
Another fan commented on the post saying, “I don’t even recognize her anymore.”
The other reason people are calling her out is that it looks like she photoshopped the pictures. One fan wrote, “Why so much FaceTuning?”
Another said, “Girl, you done photoshopped off half your eyebrow.” However, Kathryn also got tons of support on the picture, with some fans calling out others for being rude to her.
One person supported Kathryn by saying, “Ppl leave her alone, idk why you guys have so much negativity.”
It’s unclear if Kathryn is using Ozempic to maintain a certain body goal. If she is, she wouldn’t be the first, and she won’t be the last. Regarding using Photoshop or FaceTune, that’s also not uncommon. We just hope she can continue to bond with her kids and is on the straight and narrow.
