Vicki Gunvalson might be sad about daughter’s Briana Culberson’s recent move and missing her grandkids, but she has some good news to cheer her up today!
See the Real Housewives of Orange County star has just sold the OC home she bought for Briana two years ago and she made quite the profit!
According to The Blast, Vicki just sold the home for $969,000 after first listing it for $989,000 back in September. She had to come down on the price a bit but the home sold on November 17.
Vicky also made an incredible profit of $170,000 as she paid $799,000 for the home back in January 2016. Not bad at all! However the true profit is unknown as Vicki and Briana did do some remodeling on the 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,500 sq. ft. home located in Ladera Ranch. You can see more photos of the house below.
This comes weeks after Briana and her husband Ryan Culberson revealed they were moving to near Raleigh, North Carolina with their two kids.
When fans asked Briana why she was moving, she explained that she simply didn’t feel OC was the right place for her family.
“We wanted to try it out after Ryan’s retirement to see if we would be happy. Over this past year I’ve been really unhappy living here. I’ve always connected more with my Midwest roots and I’ve never really felt live I’ve fit in in Orange County. It’s my moms style but not mine,” said Briana.
Ryan also stated back then, “Moving back to my home state of NC in two weeks to live a simpler stress free life. We’re super excited for this next adventure and what the future will bring!” He added that living in the OC was simply “not working out.”
The good news is that Ryan and Briana seem happy in their new North Carolina home as they recently shared pictures of it.
