LuAnn de Lesseps is issuing a public apology following her shocking arrest early Sunday morning for disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence, and battery on police officers…and those are just three of the five crimes she was charged with.
As we reported earlier, the Real Housewives of New York City star was arrested and released in Palm Beach, Florida following what seems like a very wild night out.
In her apology, she appears to have sobered up be blaming her divorce and short lived 7-month marriage to ex-husband Tom D’Agostino for her actions.
LuAnn, 52, took to her Twitter moments ago to write: “I want to offer my most sincere apologies to anyone that I might have offended with my behavior. This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being here brought up buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018.”

In her defense, it is coming up on her one year anniversary as she married Tom on New Years Eve last year, plus Palm Beach was also the location of their wedding. The couple ultimately called it quits in August following just 7 months of marriage.
During her arrest, LuAnn allegedly “slammed a door and kicked at least one police officer” while saying “I’m going to kill you all.” Yikes.
She is due back in court on January 25. Her mugshot is below –
