In today’s shocking news, the one and only Countess officially has a mugshot!
Yes, Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps was arrested and charged with five offenses including battery on a cop, disorderly intoxication in public, and resisting arrest with violence.
She was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida in the early morning of Sunday, December 24 and according to the arrest records of the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, she has been released.
The 52-year-old Bravo reality star has yet to comment on her arrest. This arrest just adds on to what is arguably one of Luann’s worst years as she also divorced ex-husband Tom D’Agostino following just 7 months of marriage. In fact Luann and Tom got married almost exactly a year ago on New Year’s Eve in Palm Beach.
UPDATE – The Palm Beach Post is reporting that Luann “slammed a door and kicked at least one police officer” according to an assistant state’s attorney. She also allegedly told the cops “I’m going to kill you all.”
During her hearing, Luann was told by Judge Ted Booras that she might have a drinking problem. She is due back in court on January 25.
