Tamra Judge is officially the owner of a fabulous $1.585 million mansion!
Weeks after we reported she was in the process of buying another home, the Real Housewives of Orange County star and husband Eddie Judge have just closed the deal on their stunning new 3,930 sq. ft. home in Ladera Ranch, CA.
The MLS listing shows Tamra, 50, closed on the home on December 22. She also took to Instagram to share her good news!
She wrote, “We got the keys tonight ? can’t wait to make new memories with this crew. Big giant thank you to @shelleyblackrealestate my dear friend who called me one day and said “ you need to buy this house “. Love you @shelleydblack ❤️ #weboughtthehouseHouse ? Merry Christmas ?#blessed?”.

The home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a beautiful resort style backyard pool with 3 waterfalls. It sits on a 10,000 sq. foot lot, at the end of a cul-de-sac, along a ridgeline which delivers expansive views and amazing sunsets.
Tamra got a nice deal on the new home which was listed originally for $1.875 million in May before the price was slashed to $1.689 mil in August. The final sale price was of course $1.585 million.
For the time being, Tamra reveals her next plans are to begin renovations on the home. She asked her followers for ideas on kitchen designs in an Instagram post, writing: “My kitchen inspiration pics. What style do you like best? It’s time to renovate. #pinterestinspired.”
