Real Housewives of Dallas star Cary Deuber recently turned 42! And she rang in the big day by posing nude!
Cary took to her Instagram page this week on her birthday to share her nude photo with an insightful caption about loving and accepting yourself as you age.
She wrote, “On birthdays, I always find myself a bit reflective on how I’ve lived my life. I’ve learned over the years that some things are important, and others simply aren’t. Paying attention to the right things is what keeps me feeling amazing & looking forward to the years ahead ??.”
Cary continued, “It is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of the people you love that truly matters at the end of the day. When you learn to tap into this source, you will truly defeat the idea of “getting old.” I believe that aging is an extraordinary process where you become the person you always should have been. Today, I choose me. #thisis42″.
Most of the comments under Cary’s post were very positive, with many fans telling her she looks fabulous for her age!

It is expected that the third season of the RHOD will debut sometime during the summer.
