Bethenny Frankel just relisted her NYC home while dropping the price by 17 percent.
After initially listing the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home for $5.25 million in 2017, the Real Housewives of New York City star ended up renting it out last year after it failed to sell.
Fast forward to today and MLS records show Bethenny relisted the home on April 5, lowering the asking price to $4.37 million.
The New York Post shared details of Bethenny’s price cut and confirmed the reality star initially purchased the 2,392-square-foot loft-style condo in 2014 for $4.2 million. According to the report, the home is smart-wired and features a wood-burning fireplace in the sunken great room and a balcony.
Also in the great room, which measures 25-feet wide and includes 14-foot ceilings, are three large arched windows.
Just outside of the great room is an open kitchen and butler’s pantry, which features not one, but two wine refrigerators.
Bethenny’s condo is located in a 16-unit building on Mercer Street that boasts a landscaped roof deck.
In the listing for the home, Bethenny’s master suite is described as “gracious” and “serene.”
“[The master] features a stunning custom-built walk-in closet and a luxurious 5-fixture marble bathroom resplendent with double vanity sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed steam/rain shower,” the listing reads.
“The enormous second bedroom offers custom closets and a contemporary en-suite bathroom,” the listing continues. “Both bedrooms are illuminated by a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass windows of an internal atrium that provides views of a landscaped green wall.”
Bethenny’s listing broker is Leonard Steinberg, of Compass.
