Bethenny Frankel just relisted her NYC home while dropping the price by 17 percent.

After initially listing the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home for $5.25 million in 2017, the Real Housewives of New York City star ended up renting it out last year after it failed to sell.

Fast forward to today and MLS records show Bethenny relisted the home on April 5, lowering the asking price to $4.37 million.

The New York Post shared details of Bethenny’s price cut and confirmed the reality star initially purchased the 2,392-square-foot loft-style condo in 2014 for $4.2 million. According to the report, the home is smart-wired and features a wood-burning fireplace in the sunken great room and a balcony.

Also in the great room, which measures 25-feet wide and includes 14-foot ceilings, are three large arched windows.

Just outside of the great room is an open kitchen and butler’s pantry, which features not one, but two wine refrigerators.

Bethenny’s condo is located in a 16-unit building on Mercer Street that boasts a landscaped roof deck.

In the listing for the home, Bethenny’s master suite is described as “gracious” and “serene.”

“[The master] features a stunning custom-built walk-in closet and a luxurious 5-fixture marble bathroom resplendent with double vanity sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed steam/rain shower,” the listing reads.

“The enormous second bedroom offers custom closets and a contemporary en-suite bathroom,” the listing continues. “Both bedrooms are illuminated by a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass windows of an internal atrium that provides views of a landscaped green wall.”

  1. The apartment Jason lived in while he & B*tchenny were going through their divorce: Did it ever go on the market or does Jason still live there?

    1. Jason was forced to vacant & it was sold. Barfenny roamed through it and cried that Jason ruined it.. .Meanwhile, all that was shown was normal wear & tear.

  2. So, BFrankelstein doesn’t live there since there is no bedroom for Bryn. The overall style is cold, sterile & depressing. The large windows have great views of the opposing building. Everyone can wave to the neighbors.

        1. It’s the one that we saw her in for a while but she moved to the bigger one last season. It just has different stuff in it now, probably because she moved out or for staging purposes.

          1. Honestly, all of her abodes look exactly the same. Same color scheme, white on white, marble everywhere. BF has little variation of a theme of sterile blandness.

          2. To much white and gray on trend right now. I do like white and gray but there are limits to how I follow a trend plus $$$

          3. Didn’t she have to pay to remove that huge marble(?) bar that blocked the window at a realtor’s suggestion?

    1. And, not Fredrik but Compass. And, one of Mauricio’s partners left the Agency for Compass after the lawsuit.

      1. Bethenny has appeared more than once on RHBH to assist Kyle in going after LVP. Do remember, though, Kyle has lied more than once about her association with HWs when they join the show. “I don’t really know her, I see her now and then at yoga.” when Rinna joined, yet they are thick as thieves in the Jenner/Resnick coven.

      1. The Agency purports to be worldwide…they have multiple CA offices and are in Arizona and South FL as well…

        1. Their website lists the regions they cover and they’re all in the Western part of the U.S. and in Mexico.

  3. What happened to her friend Fredrik Eklund? I thought they were best buds for a while for the apartment flipping thing.

    1. She and Fredrik most likely argued right from the start about her excessive asking price (because Bethenny is an insufferable know it all).

This was a much needed reality check for Bones!

  4. So, the brilliant real estate biz woman who makes fun of Ramona’s real estate ideas will LOSE money on this apartment if she even gets the asking price. A $4.37mm price less sales commission will be about $4.108mm – $90K less than the $4.2mm she paid – before any NYC transfer taxes never mind all the construction/improvements she made after she bought it.

  5. Eh’, every property can’t be a windfall when you sell it. At least she got to rent it for a year to cover any expenses – and she probably depreciated the value of the rental to near what she’s asking. Good business sense, I’d say.

    1. Lol. I agree but if you look at a lot of the real estate photos these days, it all looks like bethennys apartment. Especially the homes in the Hamptons and a lot of new builds here in Southern California.

  6. Is this the newest apartment? Poor Bryn needs some stability. Ramona was right about the Hamptons house. In the summer the traffic is bumper to bumper and hard to get in and out.

      1. It is. Bethenny did a beautiful job on it. The location is not the best. I also love her current Hamptons house.

    1. This is the previous apartment post Hoppy. She’s still in her new place although I was wondering how long before she puts that on the market. She loves a good renovation

  7. The couches look insanely uncomfortable and I hate the blah boring beige/white theme. The closet space is to die for though.

This is the same apartment Carole came to see when it was being worked on a few seasons ago, correct?

  8. It’s not my taste at all and I wouldn’t pay that price for it.
Hope she loses money on this property..

  9. Looked again and she’s got zero creativity. But then her endless stream of lies aren’t even interesting.
That bathroom is gruesome, padded palms and marble overload.

  10. After how nasty she’s been the last two seasons I hope she sells it for less than she bought it. Maybe that will bring the old Beth back

  11. So the interior is, except for the hideous palmetto wall papery bathroom, mostly white, like Ramona’s Hampton house, which Lu panned.
