RHONJ's Melissa Gorga Promises "Crazy" and "Explosive" New SeasonReal Housewives of New Jersey fans better hold onto their ponytails because cast member Melissa Gorga is promising to deliver one of the most surprising and explosive seasons of the franchise yet in a new interview.

The Envy Boutique owner is even going so far as to say it’s going to be echoing the “beginning seasons.”

“It’s definitely crazy. There’s moments in there [where] I was like, ‘Wow, I thought we were way past that’—especially when you think everyone’s happy now and in love bubbles,” Melissa told Page Six in the new interview.

“Then you see things explode and you’re like, ‘Where did that come from?!’” the RHONJ star added. “It’s very comparable to the beginning seasons that we’re all remembering.”

Melissa went on to give fans a little insight into sister-in-law Teresa Giudice’s engagement to new fiancé Luis Ruelas and how his presence has helped to calm Teresa’s iconic trademark fury.

“I definitely think he tries to talk more sense into her. So, when she’s losing it—and you’ll actually see this on the upcoming season—when she’s starting to go there to the other side, he kind of brings her back, and he’s like ‘Whoa, these ladies are right. You need to listen to them,’” Melissa said.

And it sounds like Melissa is grateful for her new buffer in Luis as she exclaimed, “I’m like, ‘Where have you been all our lives?’”

It wasn’t always that way, however, as Melissa added that Luis really had to go “through it” to be officially accepted into the famous family.

“You’ll see: He has to go through [it]. And you’ll see, I’m like, ‘There’s no passes,’” she told the outlet. “Welcome to the family.”

Teresa and Luis’ relationship isn’t the only one that viewers will be getting a front-row seat to. Melissa made sure to let fans know that the show will also give the audience a deeper look into her marriage with husband Joe Gorga. It’s been no secret that the Bravo couple has had their fair share of relationship tensions, usually stemming from Joe’s accusations that Melissa prioritizes her career over her family.

“It’s hard for him and I get it. I think it was a huge change but I’ve pretty much put…it like, ‘This is my life, this is my career. I love you, I love my kids, I love my family, but I’m not stopping,” Melissa stated.

However, things seem to be going smoothly for the couple at the moment as Melissa made it clear that though they may have gotten “lost” for a moment or two, they always found their way back to one another.

“But at the end of the day, nothing is more important to us than happy kids and being home and having that family. We know that you can get lost out there very easily. And we don’t want to get lost,” she told Page Six.

“We got lost once or twice…We were like, ‘Whoa, it’s happening, ok? It’s happening. Let’s pull it back in and focus on what really matters.’ And that’s what we did.”

Bravo has not released a premiere date for Season 12 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Melissa is currently starring on Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip, which is streaming on Peacock.
