Larsa Pippen, the former wife of Scottie Pippen (and former friend of Kim Kardashian), just appeared in the season four premiere of Real Housewives of Miami. After eight years off the air, the show was revived by Peacock, and it features both new and old cast members.
Rumors of Larsa’s feud with the Kardashians began when Kourtney, Khloe, and Kim unfollowed the star last April. Larsa claimed Kanye West was the reason her friendship with Kim ended. Sources later shared that the Kardashians believed Larsa was seeking attention.
On the premiere episode of RHOM on Peacock, Larsa discussed what it was like to have others making comments about her personal life and drama.
“People thought I wouldn’t make it without Scottie [Pippen]. People thought I couldn’t make it without some old friends,” she said, while an image of herself and Kim flashed on the screen. “I’m great. I just basically want to, like, live my best life, have fun, do whatever I want unapologetically.”
The star expressed she wanted to “stay low profile” as she worked through her personal problems, and she stated, “I’m proud of who I am today. Like, s–t, I’m winning. Like, s–t, I’m doing great.”
Shortly before RHOM was revived, a trailer showed Adriana de Moura throwing shade at Larsa, saying, “You left this group of women, come back with a butt as big as Kim Kardashian’s, trying to become the new Kim Kardashian, which you’re never going to be.”
On the same day the trailer was released, Kim Kardashian posted on Instagram, “They can steal your recipe but the sauce won’t taste the same.”
