The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is getting more scandalous with each new episode.
While appearing on the latest episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Lisa Barlow finally addressed her “friend of 10 years” and castmate Jennie Nguyen’s recently resurfaced racist Facebook posts. While many of the other RHOSLC ladies have unfollowed Jennie, including Meredith Marks and Jen Shah as well as Dr. Tiffany Moon of RHOD and Crystal Kung-Minkoff of RHOBH, Lisa has remained relatively quiet on the topic until now.
After Andy asked her how she feels about the past online posts, Meredith said she did not “condone” or support those.
“I don’t condone those and am completely anti-racist,” she said. “So, you know, I hope everyone does better, but I definitely don’t condone those.”
Despite knowing Jennie for years and being longtime friends, Lisa claims to not have kept up with Jennie’s social media, or at least her Facebook page. She also admits she was surprised at the posts.
“I have never looked at Jennie’s, um, I haven’t looked at Jennie’s Facebook page in years. I was totally surprised. I was very surprised,” she said.
Also, as posted by @BravoHousewivesTea Instagram account, there is a shocking “hot mic” moment where Lisa angrily goes off about Meredith, calling her a “whore who’s “f**ked half of New York” and saying “she’s done” with her.
Could this be the “jaw-dropping” moment that Andy has been teasing us with lately?
Now, those are some fighting words. Lisa and Meredith’s friendship has been rocky, to say the least, but this is a whole new level.
