Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen has been repeatedly berated and barraged with claims and comments about her evolving looks between her seasons on the show. Now, she’s speaking out about the work she has had done, but more importantly, what she hasn’t had done.
During Thursday’s RHOM reunion show, Larsa adamantly denied that her bodacious bottom was the result of a Brazilian butt lift procedure, and she said it was in fact all-natural. However, she didn’t deny having other cosmetic procedures done.
“I’ve had my nose done. I’ve had my lips done. And that’s basically it,” she claimed. She also admitted to having her breasts done prior to season three of RHOM.
Larsa goes on to claim that her new body is the result of a strenuous exercise routine and a healthy diet. Viewers will remember the rest of the RHOM cast — namely, Adriana de Moura — ridiculed Larsa’s looks and said she was trying to turn herself into a wannabe Kim Kardashian.
“I literally work out seven days a week,” she told host Andy Cohen. “If I show you my photos from five years ago, I was less than 100 pounds. I’m 140 pounds now, so yeah, my legs look thicker than they were, my arms look thicker than they were. My whole body has changed… My body’s tight because I work out.”
Larsa even posted a throwback Instagram pic, which was captured by @QueensofBravo, to prove she’s always had a thicker lower bottom, no surgery required. Castmate Guerdy Abraira jumped in the comments, saying, “Okay okay now…. this is what I’ll call receipts then!”

However, Larsa isn’t one for having shame or qualms about going under the knife as she’s open and “progressive,” calling herself “that person” that likes to follow trends and do whatever makes her feel good about herself.
“I feel like I’m very progressive. I’m into trends, and I feel like whatever makes me feel good and look good, I’m willing to do. I’m that person,” she explained. “I’m very happy with the way I look.”
You do you, Larsa.
