The new trailer for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 has just dropped, and it’s not looking good for Erika Jayne.

During the trailer, we see that Erika is still dealing with ongoing legal issues with her estranged husband, Thomas Girardi, but Erika is looking worse for wear this season as she’s seen looking “tipsy,” allegedly mixing her antidepressants with alcohol, and making bold claims that she’s “having lots of sex” and doesn’t care about anyone but herself.

When confronted by Crystal Kung Minkoff about the victims of the embezzlement scheme that’s plagued the reality star over the last year, Erika angrily screamed back, “I don’t give a f**k about anyone else but me!” She also says, “Do you think that makes you look cool?” to a stunned Crystal.

Naturally, fans weren’t here for it, and they are speculating her days on RHOBH are numbered and labeling her language and behavior as “evil” and “disgusting”

Erika was torn to shreds on social media.

One viewer wrote, “A drunken, slurring Erika Jayne talking about herself in third person, snarling out ‘the only person I care about is ME!!’ like a feral demon when asked again about scammed, penniless plane crash victims… This level of pure, unadulterated evil…”

“She is gross, and her 15 minutes are up!” another voiced.

Another fan said they were getting major “farewell vibes” from Erika this season and that her “days are numbered.”

Since the season wrapped, Erika’s legal woes have only worsened as it’s been revealed per documents obtained by Radar that Erika is being sued for $50 million for being the “frontwoman” to Thomas’ “racketeering scheme.”

In addition to that suit, in February, Erika’s company, EJ Global, LLC, was named in a separate $2.1 million suit that claims Erika and her company “aided and abetted” Thomas’ financial misconduct.

Get ready to watch all the drama unfold as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is set to premiere on May 11 at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
