Erika Jayne has been the target of public ridicule since December 2020 when her husband Tom Girardi was accused of embezzling funds from his former clients.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has maintained her innocence throughout the last few years, though her lifestyle is significantly different than it once was.

According to TMZ, many of Tom and Erika’s belongings will be up for sale at a court-ordered auction in an attempt to help pay the debt of Tom’s bankruptcy case.

Many of the items are extremely valuable and will be sold to the highest bidder. As of now, the estranged couple is unloading furniture, décor, sports memorabilia, and art pieces (to name a few), which sat in their luxurious home for many years.

The priciest item on the list is a Steinway piano, built in 1997, and may sell for $40,000 to $60,000. The couple’s auction house, John Moran Auctioneers, claims it is a rare edition and regarded as one of the best of its kind.

The couple is also selling mid-century art from David Hockney and Joan Miro (etchings and paintings that could garner thousands of dollars) and several Glenna Goodacre sculptures. One of the sculptures is purportedly worth $30,000 to $40,000.

Tom’s personal library is also being auctioned, including his law books, wall mirrors, and rugs, as well as multiple lamps and sofas. In total, the library items could bring in thousands of dollars.

The court-ordered auction is scheduled for September 21 at 12 p.m.

Their luxurious estate was the place of many parties on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, on which Erika is still a cast member. Although numerous fans are convinced of her guilt, Erika has not been charged with any crime. In one of her many lawsuits, a judge suggested it was unlikely she knew anything about Tom’s alleged activities.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 airs Wednesday at 8/7c on Bravo.
