Southern Charm star Craig Conover is more than over ex-girlfriend Naomie Olindo.
In a new interview, Craig is revealing that he and Naomie are living two very much separate lives after Naomie’s “fun” hookup with Whitney Sudler-Smith that sent Craig into a tailspin.
Speaking with Us Weekly, Craig claims that Naomie has been dating a new mystery man for months.
“She’s been dating someone for six months,” Craig revealed, but he added that’s all he knows. “She has her own life, and I have mine.”
The former couple is apparently so estranged that Craig said that it wouldn’t be “accurate” if Bravo cameras were to film them together again.
“If you ever saw us film again, it just wouldn’t be accurate. You know, we’re not in each other’s lives,” the Sewing Down South entrepreneur told the outlet. “We can cordially coexist, but no, you won’t see us hanging out.”
Craig and Naomie were at odds pretty much all of Southern Charm’s eighth season, but one particular incident really struck a nerve with Craig. After learning that Naomie had a fling with Whitney, Craig lashed out, but he put most of the blame on Whitney.
“Naomie can do whatever she wants. It’s shady of Whitney,” Craig told Bravo cameras. “The bro code rules are complicated at times, I understand that, but it’s still, you know, my ex-girlfriend. Like, what the f**k?”
Now, Craig is just ready to move on, saying that there is “nothing unresolved” regarding his past relationship with Naomie. But he does admit that he needs to work on how he approaches conflict, noting that he’s “working” on his “delivery,” especially after blowing up on Naomie multiple times.
“Most of the time my message isn’t that far off. It’s just [that] I get frustrated sometimes filming when I think things are happening that shouldn’t be. And I gotta figure out how to deal with that. That’s on me,” Craig concluded.
