Summer House’s Paige DeSorbo addressed her boyfriend Craig Conover’s recent declaration that he may propose in November. Meanwhile, Craig suggested his friend Austen Kroll will be in the future wedding, without Shep Rose .

On a past episode of Watch What Happens Live, the Southern Charm star shared his plan to propose in “less” than one year, after previously telling host Andy Cohen that it may occur around Thanksgiving.

Speaking with Page Six, Paige addressed her boyfriend’s comment.

“It’s actually hilarious because after I called him and I was like, ‘Why would you say that?’” she said. “And he was like, ‘Honestly, I got so nervous, and I didn’t want to say that I didn’t know.’”

According to Paige, Craig became “nervous,” not wanting to appear as if he “didn’t love” her, and because of that he “gave Andy [Cohen] an answer.”

“He rambled for 20 minutes and I was like, ‘OK, fine, you did great,’” said Paige.

“But the whole November thing, I think he literally pulled that out of thin air. You know, the man can’t be trusted. Such a random month!” Paige went on, hinting he perhaps said November because it’s Paige’s birthday month.

Addressing her potential next steps with Craig, Paige shared, “I think this was our first real summer as a couple, and it definitely brought up a lot of conversations that we hadn’t necessarily worked through yet … He wanted to know a lot of next steps, but I love my life the way it is right now, and I kind of just have to wait and see what happens in terms of New York [and] Charleston.”

On his “Pillows and Beer” podcast, Craig told his co-host Austen that he wants him to be in the potential wedding.

“I think about probably five months ago is when you probably entered into like being in my wedding,” said Craig. Austen seemed offended by the comment, claiming he himself has known for “years” that Craig would be in his wedding.

Austen shared that castmate Shep will probably be in his wedding as well, as he’s a “f**king train wreck” and will provide “comedic relief.”

Craig, however, does think Shep won’t be in his own.

Summer House season seven airs on Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.
