Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke were spotted at the Winter House premiere, and sources claim the former fiancés were “openly avoiding each other,” and Carl was “very low energy.”
The Summer House couple showcased their engagement on the hit show, and they were set to tie the knot on November 17 before Carl called it off. As of now, the reason for their split is somewhat of a mystery, though castmates have indicated that viewers will find out more in the upcoming season.
Multiple insiders confirmed to Page Six that the exes were in the same room on Tuesday, interfacing with the same group of people just two months after the breakup.
One source claimed “Carl arrived first and Lindsay about an hour later,” while a second insider said Lindsay seemed to be in a good mood and “came in for hugs and pictures with the rest of the cast.”
Once Lindsay entered the party, however, Carl “went to another room.”
“Carl did some rounds before Lindsay arrived, but it was very low energy,” said the second source. “I’d say they were openly avoiding each other.”
A third eyewitness claimed Carl was “definitely off and very somber.”
The first insider said the star “left shortly after Lindsay arrived,” and they added that Lindsay didn’t know Carl would be attending.
According to the outlet, this is the first time the exes have been spotted at the same place in public since the split.
A few weeks after the breakup, Carl sent a letter to their wedding guests explaining the situation.
“The fact of the matter is Lindsay is devastated and I’m crushed with how all this transpired. I graciously ask for some patience and grace to heal and recover while we navigate this extremely difficult time,” he stated, via PEOPLE. “Words cannot possibly express how difficult the last two weeks have been for Lindsay and I.”
