Scheana Shay revealed Tom Sandoval gave her “several thousand dollars” when she was pregnant with no income in the pandemic, and she said he was there for her “when no one else was.”
In an emotional preview for the upcoming episode of Vanderpump Rules, Scheana also told Tom’s ex Ariana Madix that she “can’t keep hating him” for Ariana, whom Tom cheated on.
“I was telling Ariana, I’m like … ‘Do you remember in the pandemic when I had no income, and I woke up one day to a massive PayPal [from Tom]?” said Scheana to Lala Kent in a sneak peek shared by @jaysrealityblog on X. “Because I had no money, and nothing coming in.”
In a confessional, Scheana said Tom gave her “several thousand dollars” after her podcast was canceled as she was pregnant.
“He was there for me in a time when no one else was,” said Scheana. “I’m struggling not forgiving this human who has been there for me.”
Despite everything, Scheana said she’s “Team Ariana till I die.”

In another clip, Scheana spoke with Ariana in a phone call during the cast trip to Lake Tahoe.
“I’m mad that he did all of this and I miss my friend,” said Scheana, via Us Weekly. “I can’t keep hating him for you.”
During a past episode, Scheana told Lisa Vanderpump how she was struggling with Ariana’s ultimatum.
“This hasn’t been easy, for me especially. He was genuinely one of the best friends I’ve ever had in my life. Is it worth losing Ariana?” she asked. “Ariana made it very clear that anyone who chooses to remain friends with Tom Sandoval is basically dead to her. But at the same time if someone is really struggling at this level, how do I keep coming for him?”
