RHOC Star Jennifer Pedranti Wants Legal Sanctions Against Estranged Husband Amid Nasty Divorce

It’s both the best and worst of times for Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti. She’s engaged to her boyfriend, Ryan Boyajian, and seems to have quite a bit going on. However, her divorce from her estranged husband, William Pedranti, might hold things up. Now, it’s being reported that she recently demanded sanctions against him for not turning over requested documents.

William filed for divorce from Jennifer in March 2023, but they had been separated since January 2021. The two have been married since 2002 and have young kids. Their ages range from eight to 15.

More recently, Radar Online obtained court documents that show Jennifer demanded sanctions in the amount of $1,900 for him not handing over financial documents that she and her legal team feel they need to get an understanding of his financial situation. Notably, she’s requesting child and spousal support and believes he is omitting income from two businesses.

Apparently, he previously reported earning a salary of $29,000 per month and an additional $10,000 from the previously mentioned two businesses. He had until February 8 to turn over the documents but requested an extension of “several months.”

Unfortunately for Jennifer, there was a hearing on April 12, and the judge refused to award her the sanctions because of the large volume of documents she was requesting. Still, William does have to produce the requested documents by sometime next month.

While William wanted joint legal and physical custody of the kids, Jennifer is demanding sole custody and wants him to have only visitation and joint legal custody.

Regarding her request for support, her attorney says, “[Jennifer] requires assistance to cover essential living expenses for herself and her children, such as rent, food, and educational costs. While the Petitioner currently covers healthcare expenses, additional support is needed to meet the financial requirements for the children’s activities, as well as their food and clothing expenses.”

In other RHOC news, the ladies recently wrapped filming season 18. Tamra Judge posted videos of herself with Heather Dubrow, Alexis Bellino and her boyfriend John Janssen, and Jo De La Rosa on her Instagram Stories.

Of course, there’s no word on when season 18 of the show might air as they just finished filming.
