Season two of The Real Housewives of Dubai has started, and fans are loving it so far. This also means that many of the cast members are opening up about not only the show but other Bravo properties. Recently, Lesa Milan recounted meeting Summer House‘s West Wilson at a Bravo Watch Party and had some interesting things to say. Plus, did she call Caroline Stanbury a snake?
Regarding West, fans will recall that he was new on Summer House for season eight. He gained quite a bit of love from the audience, but things changed at the reunion over how he discussed his breakup with Ciara Miller. He has since said he wishes he would have chosen better words.
Lesa recently interviewed with Decider and was asked not only about her show but the time she met West. Additionally, the outlet wanted to know how she felt about him breaking up with Ciara over “show-related reasons.”
Lesa had this to say, “Oh, if that’s what it was, I’m gonna slap him. I hope that’s not true. I just hope that’s not true.” She goes on to say that she didn’t get the feeling he would behave that way when she met him.
According to Lesa, “I didn’t get that vibe from him when I met him. He was actually so charming, so nice.”
However, it seems West kept flirting with Lesa despite her rebuffing his several advances. She said, “I had to tell him a few times I’m married with three kids, but such a nice guy. So I’m gonna have to watch to see how it plays out.”
She goes on to say that she has to finish the season, so she doesn’t know how the reunion plays out for West and the rest of the cast. However, seeing Ciara’s dress made the RHODubai star want to “catch up even faster.”
Lesa also recently interviewed with US Magazine and discussed where she stands with Caroline. She says they were on the way to better terms, but something changed.
“A snake may change her skin, but they’ll always be a snake.“
Lesa continues, “I don’t really like conflict. I know that sounds crazy, but I genuinely don’t like conflict. So after the reunion, I felt like a conversation between Stanbury and I needed to happen, and she did apologize to me. And so I went in initially like, ‘OK, if you say you’re sorry, I’m going to take it for what it is until you prove otherwise.’ That’s pretty much what happened.”
Lesa goes on to say she thinks Caroline’s friendship with Chanel Ayan is fake. According to her, “It did take me by surprise in some ways more than others, but I think, overall, I’m not buying into it. That’s the only thing. But I’m here to tune in just like the rest of you guys because I feel like there were a lot of things that I didn’t see because I’m not in all the scenes. I’m not always with them. And so, I’m looking forward to seeing how this whole thing plays out.”
She goes on to say the reason she has doubts is because Chanel has always said she disliked Caroline.
“I get it, people can move on, but Ayan always told me that they weren’t really friends at the time. Maybe since we haven’t been friends, they’ve probably grown closer. I don’t know. I’m on the outside looking in.”
However, Lesa also says that she is not jealous of the newfound bond between the ladies and that she’s not territorial like Chanel is. Regarding if there is a chance the two former besties could repair their issues, she says, “I never want to say it’s over because I’m sure, maybe, a conversation needs to happen. At the reunion, Andy Cohen might be able to work some kind of miracle. I don’t want to say it’s over forever, but I am enjoying this pause. I feel like I’ve grown so much from it, and I’m really enjoying this little space and where I am.”
Fans can watch season two of RHODubai on Tuesday nights and stream the next day on Peacock.
