Dorinda Medley is a fan favorite from some of the middle to late seasons of The Real Housewives of New York City. Though she’s been on other shows, such as Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, many fans have wanted to see her back on TV more consistently.

Now, it seems those wishes might be granted as a new show centered around her famous Bluestone Manor is in development.

RHONY fans will recall Dorinda joined the show during its second season. During her time on the show, she became known for several iconic scenes, including the argument at her home where she can be heard saying, “I made it nice.” However, she was fired from the show in 2020, and rumors say that it was due to her alleged excessive drinking. As she famously said, the network put her “on pause.”

According to Deadline, we might see Dorinda back on Bravo in a capacity similar to Lisa Vanderpump‘s role on Vanderpump Rules. However, this one would involve her Bluestone Manor estate serving as a bed and breakfast, so it can also be compared to Lisa’s other show, Vanderpump Villa.

In the new show, Dorinda would lead a group of employees as they try to provide an enjoyable experience for guests.

Of course, this wouldn’t be the first time Bluestone Manor has been the subject of a television series. Filming for RHONY often happened there, and it also served as the destination for the second season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. She also has a line of bourbon named after the estate and even partnered with Airbnb to allow guests to book a room in 2021.

However, fans shouldn’t get excited too soon. The show is in development, which means there is no guarantee it will make it to series. Still, there is a solid chance it will. Dorinda clearly has a great relationship with NBC Universal as she will be on the new season of Traitors, and she has been on multiple seasons of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. Bravo is also in a state right now where many of its shows aren’t performing well, so the network needs new and exciting content.

Do you plan to watch this new show centered around Dorinda if it makes its way to TV screens?
