Jennifer Pedranti has been granted sole physical custody of her three youngest children, Greyson, 15, Everleigh, 13, and Dominic, 11.

Last Wednesday, September 3, the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star and her former spouse, William Pedranti, who previously made a deal that they would share joint physical and legal custody, confirmed the change to their arrangement with the court.

According to a report from Us Weekly on September 9, Jenn and William’s latest filing also awarded William with visitation of the kids and required him to give Jenn at least an hour’s notice if he wants to see them.

Jenn and William, who finalized their divorce last year, also share two older children, sons Dawson, 18, and Harrison, 21.

When Jenn and William finalized their divorce last year, William was ordered to pay Jenn $6,409 per month, $4,674 for child support, and another $1,735 for spousal support, and it was noted that the children would live with Jenn. Additionally, William was ordered to pay a lump sum of $267,811 and stated that Jenn would be allowed to keep all interest in her yoga business.

Months later, William requested the court remove him from his spousal support requirements, explaining that Jenn was residing with Ryan Boyajian, 49, and had “little to no living expenses (rent, utilities, car payment, etc.) due to this living arrangement.”

He also wanted his child support payments reduced since Dawson had moved in with him.

In the same filing, William accused Jenn of harassment, alleging that she had shown up to his home without an invitation and sent him messages that weren’t approved by the court. In response, Jenn denied the claims, explaining that she was trying to get in touch with William in regard to their children.

“I believe it is unfair to terminate spousal support because I am cohabitating with Ryan. The ONLY reason I am cohabitating with Ryan is because William left me with no other option,” she wrote in her court documents, proceeding to accuse William of failing to pay her the $267,811 he was ordered.

“[If I had] received [the money] … I would have had the ability to pay my lease, and I would not have been evicted. Or, I would have had the means to secure my own place without Ryan. It would not be equitable for the court to consider my cohabitation with Ryan as a basis to end my support when William’s bad conduct forced me to do so,” she stated.

Jenn went on to request that her spousal support stay the same. And in their most recently filed amendment, no change was noted.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 19 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
