Scheana Shay labeled Katie Maloney “forgettable” while appearing on Monday’s episode of Gia Giudice‘s podcast.
As the 40-year-old cast member of The Valley also opened up about her recent drama with one of the new Vanderpump Rules stars, addressed Brittany Cartwright‘s new romance with Brandon Hanson, and shared her thoughts on taking on a full-time role on The Valley season three, Gia, 24, mentioned Ariana Madix’s sandwich shop but couldn’t remember Katie’s name.
“[She’s] forgettable,” Scheana replied on the September 8 episode of Casual Chaos, via excerpts shared by Vander Pod Recaps on Instagram. “You’re like, ‘[Who’s] that other girl?’”
Moving on to the new cast of Pump Rules, Scheana said that while she was really excited for “most” of the new cast, one of the male members of the show has been “saying some sh*t about [her] on a podcast.”
“When I heard him say some sh*t about me, I was like, ‘Excuse me, sir. You don’t even know me. You’re welcome for this opportunity.’”
As for Brittany’s boyfriend, Scheana didn’t want to say too much and cause issues between her and her co-star.
“I don’t know what she has said. So I know it gets me in trouble when I comment on my friend’s stuff before things are out there about them. So all I will say is this: I said this on a radio show yesterday. I am extremely happy for where Brittany is in her life right now,” Scheana shared.
Although Scheana refused to say anything specific in regard to Brittany’s new romance, which she has gone public with on social media, she did say Brittany “deserves” to be happy and that she “fully [supports]” whomever is making that happen.
“She deserves it. She’s extremely happy. And I was over at her house the other day hanging out. And she’s got her sparkle back. I just, I saw it in her eyes. And it just makes me so happy.”
Also on the podcast, after being asked if she’d be open to appearing full-time on The Valley season three, Scheana said, “If it makes sense.”
