Tamra Judge hosted a Q&A on her Instagram Story amid last night’s new episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and during the chat, she denied sleeping with a boy band singer.
After Gretchen Rossi, 46, and Slade Smiley, 51, made the accusation on Thursday night’s episode of season 19, Tamra, 58, clapped back at her co-stars as she labeled Gretchen a “liar,” said she was done making an effort with former friend Shannon Beador, 61, and revealed she would soon be meeting with her lawyer.
“I wanna know who the singer was if there was anything to that?” a fan asked Tamra on September 19.
“I did not sleep with a ‘boy band singer’ ever in my life! It’s a complete lie!” Tamra replied. “I will not say his name out of respect for his family. [I’m] friends with his wife and they are both disgusted by Gretchen [and Slade’s] false accusations.”
“I think Gretchen has proven to be a liar … More to come next week,” she added.
Then, when another person mentioned that Gretchen’s story seemed to have been “planted by producers,” Tamra denied any such thing, signaling a moment from years ago that was cut from the show.
“No the producers don’t plant stories. This is the second time Gretchen has brought this lie up on camera. First time was at [Vicki Gunvalson‘s birthday] party years ago and it was cut out,” she revealed.
As the topic moved to her conversation with Shannon about her dad, Tamra reacted to a viewer who mentioned that she wasn’t “coming for Shannon” and said she appeared to be making an “effort” with “good intentions.”
“I tried … But I’m not trying anymore!” Tamra responded.
Someone else wrote, “You were being direct and supportive when mentioning Shannon’s dad,” and Tamra agreed.
“I thought I was too … I just can’t win with her,” she noted.
Another one of Tamra’s followers wanted to know if she could sue her fellow castmates.
“Are you allowed to sue cast mates or friends of for defamation?” they asked.
“Let’s just say I have a meeting with my attorney on Monday,” Tamra cryptically replied.
Also during the Q&A, Tamra responded to someone who mentioned Gretchen and Slade’s actions against her.
“Imagine spending the last [15 years] plotting their return and this is what they come up with. Lame,” the person had written.
“Right! I have [secondhand] embarrassment for them,” Tamra wrote back, noting that they had said she “drugged Gretchen,” that it was her “fault Slade can’t get a job for 18 years,” and that she “had an affair 16 years ago.”
