Brandi Glanville seems to be making progress with her health.

After spending more than $100,000 over the past couple of years and wondering what had caused motion in her face, the 52-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, who began experiencing symptoms of a potential parasite after filming Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco, offered an update.

“I had to go and get the bandage replaced this morning because it’s really hard to shower. This is my right arm. [The IV] goes from my arm into my heart,” Brandi explained on the latest episode of her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered.

As she showcased her IV, which was wrapped in gauze, Brandi told her co-host, “I have to be really [be careful],” and revealed her latest diagnosis.

“I have a bone infection and a deep-seated skin infection with staph,” she shared.

After confirming that a new doctor had gotten to the bottom of her health struggles, the former RHOBH star admitted that she may have sought help from too many physicians.

“He basically took everything I had from each doctor and saw all of it and was able to put it together. It was almost like too many cooks in the kitchen here, and they just couldn’t figure it out,” she explained.

Last month, as she admitted to going to a mentally dark place due to her RHUGT co-star, Caroline Manzo, 63, accusing her of sexual assault, Brandi said her two children, sons Mason and Jake, who she shares with ex-husband Eddie Cibrian, 52, kept her alive.

“I’ve never felt suicidal before, [but earlier this summer], I didn’t want to be here,” Brandi told Us Weekly. “And if it wasn’t for my kids, I don’t know that I would be here.”

Then, looking back on the early moments of her illness, Brandi remembered noticing “crazy lumps” in her face.

“My face started, like, moving around and doing things. I started to lose my eyesight in my left eye. It’s insane,” she revealed. “At first, my face was blowing up and getting really swollen. Then it started sinking in, and I felt like something was just eating me from the inside. I’m like, ‘It’s eating my flesh.’”

Brandi Glanville was featured in a full-time role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for its third, fourth, and fifth seasons, and she has made a handful of guest appearances in the years since.
