PHOTOS: Meredith Marks Gives Tour of Her $70,000 Per Month Home Rental, See Inside the Mountain Getaway With Its Own Caviar Drawer

Meredith Marks is showing off her latest rental home.

In a tour for Bravo, the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star opened up her $70,000 per month Airbnb, showcasing the inside of the five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property, which boasts mountain views, an arcade, and a home gym. During the tour, she gushed over her outdoor space, and she revealed which room is her favorite.

The U.S. Sun confirmed details about Meredith’s new place on September 27, noting that the home is large enough for 12 guests and has been rented for the next couple of months.

“I love this house because it’s very zen with all the creamy tones to it, and it feels very calm and peaceful for me,” Meredith said during her tour for Bravo.

According to Meredith, she and her family “love to watch movies by the fireplace” in their living room, which features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.

“It’s kind of cuddly and cozy here, and we have gorgeous views,” she stated. 

Just outside of the living room is Meredith’s dining room, which is filled with a large table and faux fur chairs.

“It’s very private here. I love this neighborhood. I think it might be my favorite neighborhood in Park City,” Meredith gushed of the residence. 

As for her favorite room, Meredith named the kitchen, where large glass cabinets and a huge island can be found.

Along with stainless steel appliances, the room has a large gray hood and hanging lights.

“It’s warm and peaceful with the neutral tones,” Meredith described.

At the bottom of Meredith’s refrigerator is a caviar drawer with her “personal stash.”

Another thing Meredith loves about the property is its multi-level deck.

“It’s beautiful. I love the fire pit … and it’s just pretty to sit out here on the deck,” she shared of the space, which is furnished with woven lounge chairs.

“The deck is fabulous because it wraps all the way around the house,” Meredith continued.

Downstairs from the fire pit area is a large jacuzzi tub.

“There’s a hot tub and sauna outside the primary,” Meredith revealed. “We’ve just had a great time here, and it’s a beautiful place to spend the winter.”
