Lala Kent offered an update on where she stands with her former Vanderpump Rules cast members and her ongoing feud with Scheana Shay on Tuesday.

While also addressing persistent rumors regarding her potential romance with Tom Schwartz, 42, confirming her Bravo return, and admitting to suffering from anxiety amid production on The Valley season three, Lala, 35, shared which of her ex-costars she’s still in touch with and revealed her hopes for her strained relationship with Scheana, 40.

During a September 30 appearance on Amazon Live, via VanderPod Recaps on Instagram, Lala said she is still friends with “[Brittany Cartwright], Schwartz, and Scheana.”

“Scheana and I will be fine. Scheana and I will be good as gold, as she would say. We just need a moment to get back in alignment, and that is a test of true friendships, right? If you guys can go [separate ways] and then come back [and be close], and I believe that we can,” she explained.

Then, after seemingly admitting that she may be “the problem” and noting that she’s been doing a lot of “self-reflecting,” Lala clarified that her latest podcast comments about Scheana were made over a week ago, at a time when she felt like she had to “defend” herself.

“That podcast that was released yesterday, which was the bonus episode, that was recorded at least a week ago,” she shared. “A lot happens in a week in this world … So my feelings today … my hope and my feelings are that we’re going to go like this and come back. I believe in us, and I think she does too.”

At another moment of her Amazon Live appearance, also shared by VanderPod Recaps on Instagram, Lala said that when it comes to Schwartz, “He’s a good one. He’s a very good one,” and reacted to claims of a secret romance.

“I just don’t see it happening. He is one of my dearest friends, though. We’ve gotten very close over the past, I want to say, year. He’s just a good dude,” she noted, adding that Schwartz “may be talking to someone right now” and “seems very happy.”

Moving on to her Bravo return, Lala said, “You will see her on the network again soon as she spoke of her mental health, seemingly confirming it went downhill when The Valley began filming its third season.

“[I need to get] a handle on this anxiety. And I think we can assume when my anxiety heavily kicked in, right? It was like a month ago, when something started that I haven’t been doing in a long time — and the last time I had done it, it ended a little scary.”

The Valley season three is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2026.
