Denise Richards was in court with her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, on Tuesday, as she attempted to convince a judge to make the temporary restraining order she has against him permanent.

After alleging that Aaron, 53, “almost killed [her] so many damn times,” in her testimony on Monday, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared additional details of his reported abuse as she alleged to have found evidence of him cheating and compared him to her ex-husbandCharlie Sheen, 60.

“[Aaron] caused me at least three concussions,” Denise shared in a court filing obtained by PEOPLE on October 7.

According to Denise, she knew she had suffered concussions because they were confirmed by equipment at Aaron’s wellness center, where she went after experiencing headaches, “not feeling good,” and “feeling nauseous.”

“He scanned me, and it showed up that I had a concussion,” she claimed.

Looking back at Aaron’s alleged violence against her, Denise said her first concussion was sustained in January 2022 and left her with a black eye. The second took place months later at Aaron’s wellness center when he allegedly “slammed me up against the concrete wall [in a carport] and my head hit it.” Then, Aaron reportedly caused a third concussion at a Chicago hotel this past April.

“[He] was squeezing my head so hard [and] picked my head up,” she shared. “[It] felt like he was crushing my skull.”

Leading up to the third incident, Denise said she and Aaron were arguing over texts she sent to another man. Afterward, she experienced “very painful” headaches, “constant throbbing,” and feeling off-balanced and “nauseous.”

But as she confirmed during the cross-examination, Denise never called authorities.

She also acknowledged that there was “not a medical doctor” at Aaron’s facility when her concussions were found.

“There was a chiropractor that I believe was able to diagnose sports injury, I believe. Aaron was not licensed to diagnose injuries,” she explained.

During another moment of the hearing on Tuesday, also via PEOPLE, a video Denise sent to Aaron on August 21 was seen, showing that she had informed her former partner that she “was moving all of our things out of the studio townhouse.”

Denise then suggested she found evidence of Aaron cheating as she denied being unfaithful.

“I saw the d*ck pics you took,” she claimed.

Still, she admitted it was “such a shock” when Aaron filed for divorce.

“I really thought you were my soulmate,” she said. “[I] tried my hardest … [you were] the one person I always thought I could trust and that would protect me … [But] you’ve hit me too many f*cking times and each time it’s getting worse and worse.”

As Denise sat crying as she watched the clip, she was seen comparing her marriage to Aaron to that of her marriage to Charlie, the father of her two daughters, Sami Sheen, 21, and Lola Sheen, 20.

“Things were bad with Charlie and I, but he never hit below the belt,” she told Aaron in the video. “I don’t know you. Charlie, I knew. Every other ex, I knew. You, I don’t know. That’s why this has been really f*cking hard.”

“I don’t even know who the f*ck you are,” she added. “And I gave you everything.”

After the hearing, a source close to Aaron released a statement to PEOPLE.

“Aaron is planning on emerging victorious on this domestic violence protection order. If telling the truth is ‘below the belt’ then so be it. There are many sincere stories in the last five years of Denise excitingly expressing Aaron’s character and kindness,” they declared.
