Kim Zolciak has been subpoenaed amid a man named Kyle Mowitz’s divorce from his estranged wife, Jillian Green.

Amid her own messy divorce from her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, 40, the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum was called to court by Jillian, who requested she show up with a series of documents in regard to their apparent relationship.

According to an October 14 report from Us Weekly, Kim has been asked to show up to court with proof of her communications with Kyle, and any other communications concerning “payment for services or communications concerning [Mowitz],” Jillian, the couple’s two children, or their split.

Kim was also asked to bring documents regarding gifts she received from Kyle, or any businesses he may have given her, as well as “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to your financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on your behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to you and monies paid to you by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected.”

Additionally, Jillian requested that Kim provide documents regarding any trips she took with Kyle, including where they stayed and other expenses, and proof of Kyle’s potential communications with Kroy.

Kyle filed for divorce from Jillian in March after about eight years of marriage, requesting joint physical and legal custody of their children and asking that the court refrain from awarding her support.

One month later, Jillian responded to the filing, requesting primary physical custody but agreeing to joint legal, and asking that she be awarded both child and spousal support.

Jillian also gave a nod to her and Kyle’s “substantial wealth,” noting that her ex established a family trust in 2021, in which $100 million was invested.

“[Kyle] was engaged in an extra-marital affair and contemplating divorce at the time he created and funded the Trust,” her counterclaim explained.

Jillian also noted that Kyle transferred the majority of their assets into the trust before he filed for divorce, and she accused him of leaving her in the dark about his dealings. She even said his income was a “mystery.”

Although Kyle and Jillian accused one another of having affairs, they both denied doing so.

In response to Jillian’s subpoena, Kim’s lawyer issued a response in which she opposed the request to appear, describing the subpoena as “unreasonable, oppressive and intended to annoy and embarrass her.”

Meanwhile, Kyle also spoke out, via his lawyer, Marvin Solomiany.

“We are not going to litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of the applicable legal proceedings. We encourage you to review the pleadings we have filed on our client’s behalf, which accurately represent our client’s position relating to this matter. As to Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation,” the attorney explained.
