Scheana Shay reacted to a recent report, which suggested that The Valley cast didn’t want her on their show and was sick of her abuse, on her podcast.
While also responding to a question about whether she was offered a full-time or a part-time role on the Vanderpump Rules spinoff’s third season and another regarding whether she was done with Bravo, Scheana, 40, revealed whether The Valley cast had turned on her after her guest appearances on earlier seasons of the series.
“No,” Scheana insisted on the October 16 episode of Scheananigans. “[But] I did see this OK! Magazine story, and I actually had someone reach out to me about that. They were like, ‘Oh, can you comment on this?’ And I’m like, ‘Haha. No.’ And they’re like, ‘Do you want that to be your comment, that you laughed it off and said no?’ I was like, ‘No, like, no comment, and I also don’t want no comment to be my comment.’”
“They said they were tired of my abuse,” she explained.
In the OK! Magazine story, an insider alleged that “none of the cast of The Valley [wanted Scheana] on the show,” and that they were “tired of her abuse and think it’s funny when she announces she has been asked to be on the show and turned it down. She is dying to be on the show.”
But as Scheana’s guest co-host, her manager, Mark, pointed out, the information seemed to be coming from someone who was working with Brandi Glanville, 52, and Love Hotel‘s Earl Thompson, 59, a.k.a. “Earl the Pearl,” both of whom were mentioned in the article.
Although Scheana and Mark didn’t name names, they alluded to the idea that someone connected to Brandi and Earl had planted the story, which pointed out that Scheana had slept with Brandi’s former husband, Eddie Cibrian, 52, and found “time to badmouth” Earl.
“Let’s connect the dots,” Scheana stated.
She then said that when it came to the type of role she was offered for The Valley, she couldn’t say much.
“I can’t reveal exact details on offers and contracts, but I will say it was very much on par with my [Pump Rules] deals,” she revealed.
Although Scheana turned down the role, she denied that she was done with the network, saying, “No. I will be at BravoCon next month.”
The Valley season three is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime early next year.
