Hudson McLeroy is back in New York after returning to Atlanta following his split from Ariana Biermann.

After he seemingly quit Next Gen NYC, and after Ariana’s mom, Kim Zolciak, 47, denied the couple had “[broken] up for the plot” of season two, Hudson posted a series of images on his Instagram Story, sparking not only rumors of a return to the show, but also of a reconciliation with Ariana, 24.

“Hudson (Ariana Biermann’s ex) back in NYC! He moved back to ATL when they split,” Bravo and Cocktails revealed on Instagram on October 29 as they shared a screenshot of Hudson in the back of a vehicle.

Then, with a second post, they suggested that Hudson had shared an image of Ariana, who moved into a new apartment after their breakup, holding a bottle of 2013 Opus One.

“Hudson in NYC. Yes those are Ariana’s nails. Amicable breakup or getting back together,” they suspected.

In recent videos shared on Ariana’s page, her nails appeared to be quite similar, with black tops and a design on the middle finger.

As Next Gen NYC fans will recall, Ariana announced their breakup on October 14.

“Hudson and I have decided to go our separate ways, while these things are never easy, we both know it’s what’s best for us right now. We are so grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown us over the years. Sometimes life takes you in different directions and that’s okay … Love you all,” she wrote at the time.

The following day, Hudson released his own statement.

“I feel like everyone deserves to hear both sides of our story,” he wrote. “I still and always will love Ariana. She’s been there for me at times when I couldn’t be there for myself. I still have a lot of things to heal from and deal with on my own to become the person I truly want to be. I appreciate all of the love and support everyone is showing us during this difficult time.”

Shortly after the split, cameras began rolling on season two of Next Gen NYC, which means that if Ariana and Hudson are getting back together, fans will likely see it play out on the show.

Next Gen NYC season two is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in 2026.
