Kim Zolciak is facing yet another tax bill.

Just days before the Christmas holiday, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) filed a new lien against the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, who is already in debt to the organization to the tune of $1.3 million, for three years of unpaid taxes.

According to a report from Us Weekly on December 23, Kim owes $104,009.82 for 2019, $24,471.87 for 2023, and $35,322.71 for 2024, for a total of $163,804.30.

The outlet also shared that the address on the lien was a six-bedroom, six-bathroom, 5,711-square-foot home said to be worth around $1.3 million.

As RHOA fans may recall, Kim and Kroy Biermann, 40, who previously starred alongside one another on Don’t Be Tardy, sold their seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom, 15,694-square-foot home earlier this year for $2,750,000 after putting it on the market for $6 million.

Months later, the IRS filed a lien against Kroy, claiming he owed taxes for 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2024, and demanding he pay $194,199.24.

Years prior, in April 2023, a tax lien was filed against Kim and Kroy after they reportedly failed to pay $1,147,834 in taxes for 2013, 2017, and 2018.

Kim now has a total of $1,311,638 in tax liens against her, and that’s not the only legal drama she’s facing.

Back in October, Kim was subpoenaed by the estranged wife of her new boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, amid a $100 million divorce. At the time, the woman, Jillian Green, requested documentation regarding the money Kyle and his company potentially spent on Kim.

Jillian also accused Kyle of transferring money into a trust she could not access prior to their split.

In response, Kyle’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, told Us Weekly, “We are not going to litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of the applicable legal proceedings.”

The attorney also mentioned Kim in their statement, adding, “Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
